Yes even i noticed it today. I think its linked to the Galaxy store and whenever we get a free voucher or coupon code we can save them here. I used to get tons of them on my Galaxy watch. Not much for phone apps though

Did some more research and it turns out that Samsung Sri Lanka can use that Voucher space to send us exclusive deals and offers that can only be seen by Samsung Members.

Its basically special offers for being a part of the samsung members community .
Example : we can get like some discount from pizza hut which they don't give anyone else through the Voucher sections. Its called the Members Benefit section. Hopefully it will launch soon 😀
