I've been away for a while, and I'm not sure if it's a glitch on my side... but the community seems full of spam posts. What happened? Is this permanent?

Is there a better alternative like a WhatsApp group for fans?

Anyhow. Nice night all.

1. Yes it's permanent as samsung doesn't bother adding spam protection into the members app
2. Creating whatsapp groups would be a good idea however since this is the african region it'll just lead to spams and scams

I think by interacting with spams post makes it worse. It's something I noticed. It's better to ignore them and don't open the posts and links in the posts because it can lead to adware/malware/unwanted dangerous websites. It's better not to open those spam posts or at least keep the views number very low. Also reporting too many of them may make your account looks like it's ban from Samsung Members. You get an error when you open Samsung Members app.

Samsung should do the rest (identify and takedown the spam posts and prevent such mass posting in the the future).
