Agar ap mobile karab hone ke waja se service center jaoge sath sath mobile ka purchase receipt reke jao usi date se Samsung wala 1year warranty accept kare ga.

settings > about phone > status information main likha hay "first call made on 1-3-2021" it means warranty period poora honay wala hay?

Ap shop se mobile purchase kiya hai fil shop wala apko purchase receipt dega.
Usi date se start hoga.
First call made to jab tak sim nhi raga ye ga or call nhi kare ga to show nhi kar ta hai. Fil Samsung wala nhi mane ga.

actually main ne use main liyaa hay or shop wala keh raha thaa k iss key 11 months warranty rehti hay abi. per mujay kesay pataa chalay gaa k 11 months warranty hay yaa nahee. warranty card pay kuch nai likhaa or raseed shop waalay nay dee thee haath say likh k.
