Video recording with rear cam

I've  Galaxy M01 and Video recordings of rear camera feels laggy. Its doesn't feel like 30fps. Videos keep shattering and even audio isn't clear. 

You guys have any solution? Am I the only one facing this problem?

Settings >Apps >Camera >Storage >Clear Data.
