Guys, can someone explain to me how my parcel could be delivered in witbank but I am in KWT 

I have been in contact with EVERYONE and no one can assist me.

Also I have to always identify myself.

Yet my parcel can be delivered without identification 

I am at loss for words.

And also do I open a fraudulent case? Cause firstly my profile was even on the samsung system when I phoned.
