I have noticed it missing a few month ago. Apprently, they were suppose to do maintenance but they never put it back. Its what i heard tjough, moght be wrong.
Apparently the company that was partnered with samsung to buy pre owned devices has shut down, so samsung won't be able to do trade in. I honestly doubt that the trade in option for South Africa will be available ever again.
