e Nokia and OnePlus, Samsung hasn't been very fast at bringing the latest software to its phones. Not even the new ones. But looks like Samsung has finally thought about it and earlier this week the company officially revealed that over 20 phones from the company -- old and new ones -- will get Android Pie based on One UI by 2019. Samsung recently updated the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ to Android 9 Pie and it looks like now the Galaxy Note 9 is next in the list. According to GizmoChina a website linked to Samsung's Turkish arm has revealed that the Galaxy Note 9 will start receiving the Android 9 Pie update (stable) starting January 15, 2019. Although the South Korean smartphone maker is yet to reveal details regarding the same, looks like Jan 15 could be a possible date for the software to roll out because the Note 9 is reportedly getting its last Pie beta update now.
