The contacts always deleted by automatically

Every time I find my contacts in recycle bin

Huh?? Strange.. Try to reset it again to factory setting.

It is weird !!

OK. Restore all contacts first from recycle bin
Click on the lines on the upper left
Import and export options
Then export all contacts
Now go back to contacts and delete them all

Now import your contacts again the same way you did with the export .

If not fixed yet . You can long press on contacts icon. App info and wipe its data and cache . Now import again
