The Bat Teen account issues

I am Bat Teen's friend and apparently his samsung members App isn't opening and it's showing server error retry

We tried connecting to india vpn but it says the same.

We connected to Singapore vpn but due to the new update it connects to the Singapore server of Samsung members so it failed 

Give us a solution please.

The reason... he put spaces between words 😂that's why he is not able to use this app
