Dear Samsung, Kindly tell us, what makes these two apps from samsung not being available for Tab-s3, if there is compatibility issue with screen or hardware/software or too much of software code manipulations, pls don't provide us, however we see these two apps are to remain mandatory for Samsung devices, pls think over this and provide us at the earliest, we will wait during our next update release.
