Why on the recent update of gear s3 frontier swipe to back feature has been removed. It is very frustrating to everytime use the physical button. please fix this issue.

seriously man. my physically button is not working, and Samsung service centre is not able to fix it. I was using the gesture. now I have stopped using my gear.

your service centres in mumbai are unable to fix my gear. some says they don't spare parts or some are not even able to find out the fault. in spite of giving my watch at service centre for a week still no result.
Samsung produces various product mobile tv watches etc. kindly train your staff too accordingly.
