in Samsung if your phone is in Locked state and then another person try to power off your phone it always asked for either password or biometric authentication

it will be so inconvenient and uncontrollable to use that people will throw away their phones out of frustration
check how many times you unlock your phone daily now with this feature it will be doubled times when you have to authenticate every time for every screen switch off
