Stuck on Boot loop, can someone help

Yesterday,My 7 year old Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos restarted and stuck on Boot/startup loop
And when i entered it in recovery mode, it displayed

Samsungime.apk/(no data available)

I tried  to do wipe cache partition and hard reset, but nothing helped in the normal restart of the phone, can someone help me?

no , it didn't helped when i held down my volume down key also, the mobile displayed, optimising apps and when it was done, it was stuck on a black screen and the phone was still on as there was a backlight.

can you tell what should i do now, i searched the same code on xda and many people had different .apk problem and they had done everything, a person with s10 also had the same issue , what should i do?

on this case you have to go service centre or near by trusted repair shop

see my new post, other samsung phone my old s3 neo got dead automatically , is samsung doing this purposely, to destroy old phones.

battery issue ....
replace the battery and check the phone...
it may boot.....
