Something went wrong problem on payment page

I am unable to payment my e-commerce site bill due to payment  page not opening which always show"something went wrong", please help me anyone ,so I will pay my bill before due date.

Contact several times ,they said they are trying,also my pay later blocked,it shows credit limit but when I trying to buy it not showing this service(pay later).
