I had bought a new samsung m21. But when I try to add pictures on any microsoft or other apps it automatically restarts the app, and I can not do half of my work. Games are okay but important work such as making presentation attaching images to my teams assignment etc.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
