I know, we know US is your biggest market. We were unhappy when you (samsung) gave us second class hardware still we paid the same money as your biggest market's customer. Now we are unhappy even software comes first in US and later to us. Why? If you continue to do so  you will be hated.  Please samsung we pay the almost same money if not more. Treat us eqaul. Please.

Bro we are paying even more to samsung than US..
Compare price od S21 ultra in India and US.

May be this week we may get ..

Do something about your software update system . Maybe follow Apple like you did with removing the charger and headphone from the box and headphone jack the SD card slot from the phone.
