The app is free to download but to use the offers you need to pay for the subscription and its around 300aed. So please stop commenting use the regular entertainer or dubai entertainer as what we are talking about is the galaxy entertainer which is free to use.

Hi there,

Please try these steps to solve the entertainer issue:

-Delete Webview app update: Settings > Apps > Search Webview > Tab Android System Webview > Tap more (three vertical dots) > Uninstall updates.

-Uninstall Samsung Members app and install it again.

-Before you open the app allow all permissions: Settings > Apps > Tap more (three vertical dots) > App permissions.
