Why Samsung member benefit entertainer still not working?

Hey, so installed the Google play version, entertainer It's ok. But once I upgrade from Samsung shop, the entertainer not working. So It's Samsung's fail.

I have reached out to Samsung on this issue they will need few days to push another update that will fix the issue

It was working for a while and then stopped. I thought it was just my bad luck and I had to buy food at full price😑😒
