Smart TV stuck in bootloop

I was installing presentation viewer in my smart TV. And suddenly the TV restarted it self and I see the screen displaying message

"Android upgrading

Optimizing app 1 of 1 "

Then it again restarts and show same message 

I tried turning the TV off through main switch but still stuck in bootloop

Also I kept it on and the same thing happened for about an hour

Help me please

1) what is the TV model no?
2) is it under warranty?

I don't know the model no

No it's not under warranty

to me it looks like there would be some bad capacitor in pcb board,
take it to the Samsung service center or call customer care.
this happens sometimes if there are
frequent power cuts.
