Sim card crash

I own a SamsungA10s...Everytime I insert my sim its showing sim card crash but whenever I insert it in any other device it's working completely fine.What should I do??

better to visit service centre
and at the same time send feedback to Samsung by using get help section
GetHelp>>SendFeedback>>ErrorReport/AskQuestion>choose appropriate section
and also contact on WhatsApp as well as on get help
