Sharing my BAD experience with SAMSUNG support team

Dears, 

I thought several times prior posting this. 

I'm Samsung royal customer since almost 9 years using Samsung smartphones and home appliance. Through out this period, I used to get outstanding support form Samsung team. 

In June 2022, I have purchased new Samsung washing machine from approved Samsung retail shop. The machine was supposed to have 3-years warranty bundle as a complementary packaged. To activate the warranty, owner should register through Samsung website which I did on 18th June 2022. 

Samsung support team promised that within 14 days I will get the response from the concerned department. Since that time and upon SEVERAL reminders and follow-ups, I did not get any response not even an update. 

Every follow-up, agent will promise things which nothing happened. 

I'm really sad for experience such BAD service from my favorite brand.  

I hope if management team can take corrective actions. 

Sorry for this Samsung.
