Security lock screen

Hi guys I'm having a huge problem.

My Samsung Galaxy A32 4G doesn't want to take my password yet my fingerprint still works just fine tried re-entering the password multiple times now it says incorrect password wait for 5min..

Please help reset my password without flushing the device
