To adjust the scroll sensitivity of the Samsung Internet Browser, you can try the following steps:
1. **Adjusting System Settings**:
- Go to **Settings** on your Samsung device.
- Scroll down and select **Accessibility**.
- Tap on **Visibility enhancements**.
- Look for options related to touch and hold delay or similar settings. Adjust these settings to see if they affect scroll sensitivity.
2. **Use Third-Party Apps**:
- There are third-party apps available on the Google Play Store that can adjust touch sensitivity and scrolling speed system-wide. One example is "Touchscreen Repair" or similar apps. These apps calibrate your touchscreen and may improve scrolling performance.
3. **Samsung Internet Browser Settings**:
- Open the Samsung Internet Browser.
- Tap the menu button (three horizontal lines) and go to **Settings**.
- Explore the settings to find any options related to browsing experience or performance, though such specific settings may not be available directly.
4. **Developer Options**:
- Enable Developer Options on your device (go to **Settings** > **About phone** > tap **Build number** 7 times).
- Go to **Settings** > **Developer options**.
- Adjust the settings for **Pointer speed** or other touch-related settings to see if it impacts the scroll sensitivity.
If none of these methods provide a satisfactory increase in scroll sensitivity, you may need to wait for a software update from Samsung or consider using a different browser that better meets your needs for sensitivity and performance.

I don't want to change sensitivity system-wise. All points refer to changing system sensitivity. I even checked internet://flags, but there was no way to change it.
