Samsung shop online wrong delivery

I had ordered Galaxy Tab S7 +Keyboard cover and received Book cover for tab s7

It has been one month now and got no response from Samsung shop online. Item has been already paid for.

 

Really pathetic service from customer care.  They keep saying we have sent request and that is all! One month has passed and I don't know when I will receive my item.

 

I have sent numerous emails to Samsung support but just get an automated response with a new ticket no. every time.

Now I don't know what to do and whom to approach. Samsung has just seemed to close all doors and has a turned a deaf ear to my complaints and requests.

Now I will never recommend anyone to buy from Samsung shop online!

Have already done that..complained to Samsung and sent mail to service head. Get the same answer every time. Contact dedicated team for e store . The no. is the customer care no. And customer care executives say send mail to estore support. It's like a joke..keeps going in loop!
