I have a very bad experience with the service center and until now I have not received any update from more than 3 weeks..

Until now they didn't know what is the issue with the my phone 😒..

It's a very bad experience 😕 even after I have raised a complaint to the compilan department no one contact me from the department..

When you purchase any new Samsung phone they ask you to buy the Samsung care + but from my experience you will not get any benefit just wasting your money 🙂..

I'm so upset with the service..
I don't recommend anyone to buy any Samsung phones 😠 because you get a very bad customer service experience.

Do you mean even on street?

BTW if you have a cover try to remove it to make sure . Some cover got a magnet inside
