It is very frustrating that im trying to order from the Samsung shop application, planning to use my points to buy something and pay the remaining amount by credit card. Suddenly they rejected my credit card so i was trying to put my debit card details instead, and when i reach the checkout again they we're asking to pay me the whole amount. My points we're gone in the thin air. When i checked the points history, 40,600k points we're used. Where did my points went?? This is so frustrating. I wish the customer service will returm my points asap, or they will answer to me asap. They are too much fast when you need to purchase something from them, but in cases like this they will take too long before you get a response. ๐
