Samsung pay does not work on Foreign phones-SOLUTION

I have a phone from outside SA which does not work with South African Bank cards.

SOLUTION: Use Google wallet. It works even easier than Samsung pay does. 

I previously made a post asking this question but can't seem to find it, just a PSA here.

It didn't work when I changed my region. I bought my phone in Korea so I think it was locked.
