Samsung music

Hi, 

I've been facing a challenge with my Samsung music, since i bought my s21 ultra. I download some songs, save them, then try to find them in the application, but they don't exist, although they're there saved in the music folder.

Anybody knows what's the problem and how to fix it?

Did you give the storage permission for Samsung Music?

Yes of course, otherwise how they are saved in the music folder?!

Hi,
Please check wheather any folders are hidden from the app. (Samsung music > Scroll left to see "folders" on top > Folders > Three dots on top > Hide folders.)
Also let me know wheather all your files in the "music" folder is not available. Also wheather your file is having a music icon or not.

Thx for your reply.
I actually checked my hidden folders, non are hidden.
The answer to 2nd question, is yes, some of the songs i downloaded aren't available at the app.
The answer to the 3rd question, is yes, some of the files don't have a music icon.

How did you download the songs? Which app did you use?

I didn't use any app. I googled the song and downloaded it from the website, as i ised to download hundreds od songs before. But since i purchased the s21 ultra, the songs are downloaded but, they do not exist in Samsung music app. Some do, but some don't, which are making me crazy.
