your memory card may corrupted or some corrupt files or malware files may in it ( probably)

try to format sd card if there's no important data in it

I tried several times but the memory card is not formatting.

go to>Biometric and security 
>Scroll down and check is there mentioned "sd card Encrypted?

ok if not Encrypted then do one thing you have to use ur computer

Go to My Computer, click Devices with Removable Storage > right click SD card or USB drive and choose Properties > choose to Remove write-protection.
