When I got the first green line on my Samsung M52, I didn't know much about this issue, as already many Samsung users were also facing it. Without knowing that, I expressed my issue on the Samsung Members app and got a reply from Samsung customer support faculty. I blindly followed the steps provided by a Samsung customer support faculty member on December 8, 2023, and at that time, I factory reset my phone without taking a screenshot of the software update timing. After that, I went to a Samsung customer service center, and they told me I needed to pay for a Samsung M52 model for this green line issue. And again, I expressed my experience about the green line issue on the Samsung Members app when another Samsung customer support member on December 12 gave a reply that I should give them a service request number so that they can find the issue. Again, I went to the service center, and they again told me that as you already did a factory reset on your mobile, we couldn't confirm that the green line appeared because of the update. You should've taken a screenshot of it. How fooled I was! I wondered how many times one should go to a service center to hear the same answer again and again. Now I am like, just keep this phone until the full screen turns to green lines, and I am scared to update my phone after that. After all these days, I am again writing about my experience on the Samsung Members App because today I got a new green line. 🫥🫥

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
