Samsung galaxy watch active 2 hard reset

I tried to reset my active 2 watch on hard reset but i can't find recovery option on the boot menu

Does anyone experience the problem like this?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

 Launch the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device, tap Home → Account and backup → Back up and restore → Restore data, and then tap Downward Arrow to select a device to restore the data. After that tick items you want to restore and tap Restore .

I tried but it's still refuse ..when i try reset my watch it doesn't show recovery option on a boot menu
