My mobile is Samsung F41, it's been 6 months of mobile. Now the mobile battery does not last. And in Sim 1 there are always towers 4g, 2g. When I bought mobiles, it was 0% to 100% in 3 hours. Now it takes 6 hours for the mobile to be 0% to 100%. Mobile gets very hot sometimes. The mobile was automatically restarted on day 1 and the mobile also crashes occasionally. The service center does not even take my cell phone and the staff there calls me to go in a loud voice....

I told him, my phone takes 6 hours to charge. When I charge the mobile while running, it takes 10 hours to be fully charged ..... I also told about the battery backup....etc. So the staff there charges in 2 hours charge, then the mobile charge was 37% to 70% in 2 hours. So the staff there said that the charge is being done. That is why I did not take my phone in service. But when I bought my phone in New, it took just 30 minutes to be 0 to 30% Charged. My charger is a 15 watt fast charger. But now it started working like a normal charger. There is a problem in the mobile which I have already told you.

I have also restored the phone 5 times but to no avail.

F41 have some issue with its network..and battery. I am also facing fluctuating volte and slow charge
