Samsung c9 pro camera quality

earlier i was using Samsung a8 with 16mp camera... now I updated to Samsung c9 pro..
when I take pics with back camera the picture is low quality and bluer... I just confused when I zoom the pic and looks like painting... what I have yo do... shall I contact near Samsung service center..

bahi mera bhi same problem hai...bhai mujhey batana service centre mei jaane k baad kya huwa...mere pass bhi pahle a8 2015 addition ka tha...uska camera c9pro se accha hai...abhi bhi a8 mere pass hi hai... plzz guide me bro

i think the image quality is very poor... d 16mp front n rear doesn't fulfill d expectations
