I created a Samsung account while I was in Egypt, but now I can't change the country, and this is a problem because I can't use most of the features even though I left from Egypt

Contact Samsung support. Samsung support may be able to help you resolve this issue. They may be able to change the country of your account or give you access to the features that you are looking for.
