Bro internet speed meter is not in any samsung devices..
Oneui doesn't have this feature..

Hope on oneui 4 samsung will add this

Samsung thinks "data speed meter" is a cheap and useless feature (other companies are so fool that they gives it inbuilt)
Coming to Screen recording....
Accourdig to Samsung, "Inbuilt Screen Recorder" is high end flagship features which core UI can't handle
And CA is that much heavy feature which the processor of core UI is incompatible to it...but if the same processor come with full UI, then it's compatible
This is the logic behind the marketing policy of Samsung
