Hi, I have purchased a smart tag 2 in Qatar. And when setting it up the lost mode on the Samsung Smart Thing application on my S23, it keeps showing 'network or server error occurred, try again later. Have tried various way's to fix the issue, but unable to register the tag through the app. Is anyone else facing this issue or have any solution?

Thank you for your reply, I have tried everything you have mentioned above, however, I am still not able to activate the lost mode. It still says "A network or server error occurred. Try again later". Any other solution to this would be appreciated.

I have the exact same problem with 2 samarttag2 and no way to make lost mode work
