Samsung Service Centres Cheating Me/ Never Get Replacement Item from their side

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing this Complaint after losing all my hope with Samsung Service Center. I was a loyal and brand lover until I purchased this Samsung Galaxy Bud 3 Pro from Samsung Shop App via online. Since then I am struggling with the replacement issues with Samsung Service Center. Surprisingly, the Bud's eartip (size Small) was in a broken state when I unboxed for the first time. Since then, I was behind Samsung Service Center in Dubai, Deira City Centre and Media City Service Centres. For the first instance, when I had visited the Service Centre (Deira City Centre) the technical team investigated my complaint, and they did some technical repairs and returned the same bud to me after two weeks' time. At the time of submission, they had said that the replacement will be a new piece which will be covered under the warranty. However, unfortunately, I was surprised to see that they have received the same Galaxy Bud with the same condition and they have put a Size Large eartip on this Buds. Since the Bud's Earbud size was not suitable for me, I had asked them to change it to a suitable size, Size Medium. The problem is that everytime they replace the Bud's eartip, they make the existing ear tip damaged by cutting and peeling it off from the Bud, which seems to be an unprofessional way of service. This is not practical for a customer to visit the service centre to visit each and every time whenever we want to replace the eartip's size at our own convenience. I have never seen this type of service, especially bud's service for any other brands. I have visited the above mentioned service centres several times for this repair. The current eartip's size is medium (M) and it suits me. The device is under perfect working condition. However, I wanted to know the reason why they have cut the eartip (attached photo) in order to remove the eartip from the bud. You can find and understand this from the attached photo. They have cut on both size eartips, on one side only. This seems like the service centre guys have done some unprofessional adjustments in my buds 3 pro. 

Moreover, when I had submitted the product for service, the centre should have shared with me the Service Centre Acknowledgement and email receipt. But, this was also not done from the centre. This type of practice from a leading brand like 'Samsung' makes me greatly disappointed and makes me think not to buy any product from Samsung. Since the purchase of these Buds, I have lost all my happiness and I have spent all my time and money wasted unnecessarily.

Is it compulsory to visit the service centre each and every time I want to change the Galaxy Bud's eartip? Please confirm this.

I am attaching all the relevant proof for this incident including the invoice copy. I am moving legally if no satisfactory response is received and you compensate for my losses. I can welcome your decision if you are ready to refund me or replace me with a fresh new device in place of the same with proper warranty and service.

On samsung whatsapp number kindly contact customer service person name Mr. AGHIAD... he is the wonderful person in resolving the issue.. However you need patience to sort out the issue and my issue was different too bt he resolved very professionally. Like mine issue got resolved in a month. Gudluck too you.

Frankly speaking no more hope for service centre in Dubai UAE....they try to resolve the issue temporarily ....

I had the issue with northladder tradein item. But he helped me in that obviously that took whole month but at the end happily resolved. 😊
