Samsung Notes Pages Order

Is there a way to make my Samsung Notes flip pages in a way that is appropriate for languages that read from right to left (as in Arabic, Urdu, Farsi, etc) rather than left to right (as in English)?

If you are creating a multi-page document, you can manually arrange the pages in a way that simulates a right-to-left reading order.
