Samsung Music should have spotify tab in India

Spotify has started service in India officially. Please enable the tab for the same in Samsung Music

Bro, Samsung music update is available..now spotify tab has been added..njoi..

If you are not getting spotify tab..then clear data/cache of the Samsung music app or uninstall it and install it again..
