There are three things that need to be addressed with Samsung Members app:
1.Comment link with Notification
When i receive a notification for a comment made by someone, clicking on it only takes to the top of the post, and not to the comment directly. When this happens, it is difficult to find the corresponding comment if the comments section is long. I often have to search through many comments to find the one for which notification was received, and quite often i just give up looking for it. If someone comments tagging me, i prefer to respond. But the process shouldn't be prohibitively annoying.
Please fix this so that clicking on the notification takes the user directly to the corresponding comment.
2.Back button on top left goes to the top of the community page
When I open a post and then try to go back using the back button on top left (provided inside the app), it takes me to the top of the community feed/ page. If this post was quite down in the community feed, then user has to scroll down again to see the next set of posts. This gets annoying after a while.
I have seen that if I use the back gesture of my phone, then it takes back to the correct position of the community feed, and not top of the page. However, it's something i keep forgetting and end up pressing the back button on the app itself.
Pressing the back button should go back to the same position on the community feed where the current post is located.
Please fix this.
3.Pinned Posts
Within each category, such as Tech Talk, there are a lot of pinned posts. One has to scroll down quite a bit to find new posts by members. An option to hide the pinned posts with a single tap would be very useful. That way one doesn't have to see the same posts repeatedly, which he may have already read or may not be interested in.
Point 2. When I swipe back it takes me out to the same position on the community feed and when I click the back button it takes me to the latest post on the top.
It doesn't take you back to the latest post (no refresh). It just goes back to the top of the feed without refresh.
Even if it does refresh, it is undesirable. Because often, one may want to see the next post after seeing the current one. So if going back is taking you back to the top of the page, refresh or not, it is an annoyance.
