Samsung Members app lag issue

For more than a month or two, I noticed that this app ( Samsung Members ) is barely loading thecommunity page !

The homepage/Discover page & the last tab " Support " both load normally! When clicking the bell icon for notifications, it also opens as usual!

Only the COMMUNITY TAB doesn't load at all! I have kept the screen open ( sometimes >5 mins, too ), yet the page doesn't load at all!

Does anyone else have the same kind of issue?
Does anyone have any advice/solution?

My device --> Samsung S21 FE Exynos version

PS --> There is no network connection issue as a) I have tried with both WiFi & Jio 4G & 5G also, even at diff locations b) all other apps using the net do open as usual.

NB --> Cache cleared & re-installed also

Yes, I have done that & even installed 3 times after uninstalling it

( It took me 3 times & about 10 mins to open this message & I don't know how much it will take to reply )

Same issue on my S22ultra too

Same with S23U especially while using mobile data (Jio 5G) whereas on Airtel 4g & Wifi it loads normally as usual.

then probably it's a minor software issue. visit service centre.

I will be factory resetting the device ASA I get A14! If it solves, fine ; else I don't think I ll be going to SC only for an app !
