i am using Samsung J6 infinity model device. Whenever i am using mobile data my cellular signal dropping atlast it will automatically lose the data connection but after sometimes it comes back automatically just for 2 mins then keeps going back. In our location single for cellular network is 100% perfect so its not about the location or range. I also put my cellular SIM into another device it works perfectly in that device too. But not only my personal SIM no is working properly in my mobile device. it keep on loosing the cellular data connection signal as well as calling signal. Please help me to slove this issue.
Please go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. If your device supports 2 SIM cards, please switch between the SIM cards. If the issue persists, bring the handset to the nearest service cetner for diagnostic check.
