I'm very disappointed with Samsung m20 Night mode 

Because it's not work with all apps

It's working with only Samsung system apps like setting,contact,call log,messages! 

And not work with YouTube,WhatsApp,chrome,etc....

yes it's a limitation

In all Google apk they have own dark mode setting in this apk so system night mode isn't applicable for all apk.
Don't worry. it isn't issue

Your device night mode is not compatible with those apps..they have their separate dark mode option..and this is not an issue..
For chrome, you can enable dark mode- paste this in the address bar 👇
chrome://flags/#enable-android-night-mode

Once entered, they would come across an option in the dropdown menu called ‘Android Chrome UI dark mode.

Tap on ‘Enabled’ and relaunch the browser.
For youtube: Go to general settings and enable dark theme.

aacha ji Google ke alava aur ksi ke aaps nhi hote
