If there is what's app voice message I can't listen to it by speaker, the screen switch off and pushes me to listen to the voice message as a normal call
If you are using a screen guard(screen protector glass) please remove it and clean the sensor surfaces. This problem may be due to dust on the proximity sensor. Your proximity sensor will be located on the right or left of your ear piece (front camera) Hope it helps. Thank you.
