It's something impossible you're talking about. My A52 with 4500mAh battery takes 90 mins for a full charge. Your 5000mAh must be completed within 2 hrs max. It should not be taking 2.5 hrs.
This is a video to substantiate my claims. It has tested with both 15W and 25W charger. The 15W charging took about 110 mins for a full charge.

Now to help u out, kindly check by going to "Settings > Device Care> Battery> More Settings > Fast Charging" and check if it's enabled or not.
