Hi some phones can only enter in recovery menu only when connected to your pc/ laptop through a USB cable as if you want to transfer files or charging your device, and please note the methods/tricks accessing recovery menu differs with the model

Turn Off the Phone Completely:

Press and hold the Power button, then tap Power Off.

Wait until the phone is completely off.

2. Enter Recovery Mode:

Press and hold Volume Up + Power Button simultaneously.

Release the Power Button when the Samsung logo appears, but keep holding the Volume Up button until the recovery menu appears.

Use a USB Cable

Sometimes, connecting the phone to a computer or charger while attempting to access Recovery Mode helps.
Turn off the phone.
Plug the phone into a computer or charger using a USB cable.
Immediately press and hold Volume Up + Power Button to enter Recovery Mode.

Some users have reported that they were able to access the recovery menu on their Samsung Galaxy A25 by connecting the phone to a computer using a USB cable before attempting the key combination.
Here's how you can try this:
* Turn off your phone completely.
* Connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable.
* Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button simultaneously.
* Continue holding the buttons until the Samsung logo appears.
* Release the Power button but continue holding the Volume Up button.
The recovery menu should now appear on the screen. If it doesn't, try the following:
* Ensure you're using the correct USB cable. Some cables are only for charging and may not support data transfer, which is required for this method.
* Try a different USB port on your computer.
* Make sure your computer's drivers are up-to-date.
If you're still unable to access the recovery menu, you may need to seek assistance from a qualified technician.
