I have noted after the recent OS update pushed by Samsung , the Mute functionality is not working. 

The issue was noticed with Smart Remote and even connecting with  SmartThing app could not mute the TV volume.

All other functionalities are working fine with remote, i.e. there is no defect in the remote hardware.

 

PS: There is no dedicated members community page for TV Owners in India
