Samsung Finance plus Payment Issue

Samsung Finance App is not working from some time now. At the time of payment, its showing service failure. Tried to clear the cache of the app, but the problem still persists.

Where you able to get it resolved? I am facing same issue for past 2 weeks.

I talked to customer care. They told they are working on this issue but it might take some time. They suggested to pay via UPI till the issue is resolved

Same to me. Looks like they have no clue what's going on except the work around
