on which phone you are trying? I have a Note 10 with latest OS & I download Samsung Dex on my Windows 10 from Samsung Website. Its work perfectly.

samsung dex sirf one ui 2.1 ma work karta hai not in one ui 2.0 wait for one ui 2.1 update in note 9

M working in note9 at android 9 and also android 10 not using Samsung dex.. Juxt take hdmi cable to type c.. Nd its work perfectly
