I've been advised to send email to tellus@samsung.com, I've sent tons of emails since April with absolutely no response whatsoever, Is there anyone who even check the emails we send to this address or you guys have lost password to the email address?

how about trying customer care at Samsung on their .com website

I have also used many many channels and am trying to bring awareness somehow to this issue

I have received my voucher after a month and thankful but I know very well its difficult to say the least

I hope and pray this improves and you are assisted
